Christopher Sullivan has experience in the Texas mortgage and real estate industries dating back to May 2013. Upon passing the February 2016 bar exam and graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law in May 2016, Christopher began his practice drafting loan closing documents for Texas mortgage lenders and title companies. Since then, Christopher has partnered with Alamo Title Company to provide residential and commercial title insurance and escrow service and is licensed with TREC to provide and instruct elective CE courses for Texas real estate agents. Christopher regularly counsels Texas real estate agents and brokers on important real estate issues, including contract review and navigating regulations affecting their business. In addition, Christopher assists lenders in maintaining compliance throughout origination and regularly provides post-closing lender compliance reviews to improve operations. Outside of work, Christopher frequently volunteers with organizations in Dallas and Denton Counties with his wife, Kelsey. He also enjoys spending weekends at his family’s ranch in Sunset, Texas.
Lindsay earned a degree in Political Science at the University of Missouri and has experience in both recruiting and sales. She joins our team excited to establish client relationships and ensure agents around North Texas have access to the excellent benefits and superior service our Alamo Title fee attorney office provides. Lindsay has an eye for design and a knack for event planning, and she looks forward to using her skills to develop partnerships with agents across the metroplex. In her free time, Lindsay tries to go everywhere with her dog, Moose, practice yoga at the nearest studio, and always enjoys time visiting with family and friends.
Kathy has over twenty years of experience in the title industry at her disposal. She started her first job in title right out of high school in Houston, Texas and has worked in a variety of different positions during her career. Her work in commercial closings has taken her to New York and other cities across the US and she spent several years specializing in builder accounts. When she can get away from her desk, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog, Charlie Brown. She is a member of a local car club and drives a 1949 Chevrolet Deluxe that she and her husband enjoy taking to local car shows.

Michael brings his passion for learning to the team. Born and raised in Louisiana, he has studied at Louisiana State University and University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is now here to work alongside his family learning the title business. When Michael is not absorbing title knowledge, he enjoys spending time with his best friend (his dog Maverick), his family, going to concerts, and hunting.

Lynn brings more than fifteen years of experience in the title industry to our team. She is part of the third generation in her family to work as an Escrow Officer and began while she was still in high school working summers as an intern at her family’s title office in Duncanville, where she was an active member with the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Dallas Association of Realists. She continued to diversify her career by taking on projects with new clients over the years and now has experience with a wide range of closing transactions from residential sales, commercial transactions, foreclosures, and more. When she’s not at work, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, having cookouts with friends, and loves to relax while reading a good book.
