Cherie Stueber is a more recent addition to our team, but her document preparation experience spans over 15 years. In that time, she managed and trained a team of employees that averaged 2,000 units per month, prepared various documents for clients, including subordination agreements, power of attorney documents, owelty deeds, and cash deeds, and reviewed closing documents to ensure they were prepared in compliance with client policies and procedures as well as state and investor guidelines. Cherie also has experience as a loan officer assistant to a high volume LO, so she understands the needs of the lenders our firm represents. (Please note: Ms. Stueber is not a licensed attorney)
